Using the site

By placing an order with Amory Blends you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent or that we can't fulfil; if we do, you'll get a full refund.

Products and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you confirm payment. We try hard to describe our products accurately, but photos and copy aren't a guarantee of results. Amory Mushroom Coffee is a food product, not a medicine; statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments (including Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Subscriptions renew every 30 days until you cancel; see manage subscription. Refunds and returns follow our returns & refunds page.

Shipping

See the shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; optional shipping protection covers loss, theft and damage in transit.

Content and trademarks

Everything on this site (text, photos, design, the Amory Blends name and logo) belongs to Amory Blends or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amory Blends is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Amory Blends is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before anything formal, email hey@amoryblends.com; we solve almost everything with one reply.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
