Shipping policy

We ship across the United States. Every order ships free.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship to PO boxes outside the US or to international addresses yet.

Cost

Free US shipping on orders of $25 or more, which every Amory order qualifies for. Below that, Standard Shipping is $4.95.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–9 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Subscriptions

Your bag ships every 30 days from the date of your first order. Each renewal ships free. You can skip, pause or cancel before the next renewal, see manage subscription.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection ($4.95) is optional and can be added in your cart. If a protected parcel arrives damaged, is lost in transit or is stolen after delivery, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no charge. You can turn it off in the cart before checkout.

Wrong address or undeliverable

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we charge a $10 reshipping fee before we send it out again. If you need something changed, email hey@amoryblends.com right away and we'll do our best before it ships.
