Not happy with your order? You have 30 days to get your money back.
30-day money-back guarantee
Try your first order. If it's not for you, send your bags back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by you; we don't provide prepaid labels. Email hey@amoryblends.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, email hey@amoryblends.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the full purchase price of that item, your choice.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it: email hey@amoryblends.com with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method. After 24 hours your order is already being prepared and can't be cancelled anymore. Once your parcel arrives, the money-back guarantee above applies.
What can't be refunded
Add-on gifts and shipping protection can't be refunded. The Starter Ritual Kit must come back complete and unused, otherwise its value ($39.80) is deducted from the refund.
What's covered
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order placed with Amory Blends (one-time or the first box of a subscription). Shipping protection is non-refundable once the parcel has shipped.
Renewals and later orders
Subscription renewals and repeat orders can't be returned for a refund. If something is wrong with a renewal (damaged, wrong item, never arrived), email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our confirmation email. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.
Damaged or missing items
Send a photo of the parcel and the damage to hey@amoryblends.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away.
