Privacy policy
We collect what we need to ship your coffee and nothing we can't explain.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (optional, for the carrier) and what you bought. Payment details are entered directly in Shopify's secure checkout (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay); we never see or store your full card number. When you browse: standard technical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, bill subscriptions, send order and shipping emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and improve the site. If you join our email list we'll send ritual ideas and offers; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the shop: Shopify and Shopify Payments (checkout, payments and order management), Loop (subscriptions), our US fulfillment partner and carriers (shipping), our email provider, and analytics and advertising partners. They only get what they need for their task. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, and optional analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart will still work for the current visit.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to hey@amoryblends.com. We'll answer within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law, so there's nothing to opt out of; if that ever changes we'll add a "Do not sell or share" link here first. To exercise any right, email hey@amoryblends.com with the subject "Privacy request".
Children
Our site and products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, email customers.
